At Magical Memories by Michelle, we care about every client, and we guarantee you’ll receive the highest quality services and products throughout your professional portrait experience. From your initial consultation to the ultimate Deluxe Ordering Session, you’ll know you’re receiving the very best. Your investment is important to us—and capturing moments you’ll cherish forever is what we’re all about.
There is a non-refundable Creative Fee due when you decide to select Magical Memories by Michelle as your professional photographer. This secures the date you select on our calendar. This fee also includes your consultation, all correspondence before and after your session, the photographer’s time and talent during the photo shoot, professional retouching and editing of your best images, a Reveal & Design session to finalize your order, and preparation of all your custom artwork.
A deposit of $300 is due prior to your portrait session and will be applied to your final print and product selections at your Deluxe Ordering Session.

What kind of photo products do you offer?
At Magical Memories by Michelle, we never sell a product we haven’t seen and sampled first. That means, we know you’re getting only the best. Once you’ve seen your photos at the Deluxe Ordering Session, you can choose from a complete line of photos and gifts, including image boxes, prints, storyboards, metals, and more! The choice is yours—and the memories are endless.
How do we get started?
The first step is the in-person consultation so we can meet to discuss your goals and see if we’re a good fit. Once we’ve scheduled a date for your photo shoot, you’ll complete the online contract and submit the Creative Fee. Dates cannot be reserved until the contract and Creative Fee have been received.
What will my total investment be?
Total client investments vary—that’s the beauty of what we offer! You can choose exactly the products that work for you and your family. Most clients invest between $1000-$3000 for their total experience, which includes the heirloom-quality prints and gifts they select. You can get more details in the Senior Client Guide.

We accept personal check, cash, or credit card—whatever works for you.
