All the Style, All the Personality—This Gilbert Senior Brought It
Caroline showed up to her session ready. She had the outfits, the props, the vision—and honestly, it was like stepping into a Pinterest board that came to life. Between her passion for culinary arts and her love for theater, we had so many creative ideas to work with that I completely lost count (and I’m pretty sure we didn’t even make it through everything she brought!).
What really stood out? The attention to detail. We’re talking picnic baskets, gourmet pastries, and a cupcake stand that had me craving frosting halfway through the session. Plus, a last-minute treat from Casita Coffee that worked perfectly into her shoot. Add in a theater costume, bold red lipstick, and a custom-made cape, and you’ve got a session that checked every box for style, creativity, and personality.

Props That Mean Something? Even Better!
One of my favorite moments from Caroline’s session? This incredible red cape, handmade by her grandmother. Not only did it add a bold pop of color, but it held so much meaning. We turned it into two gorgeous heirloom canvas portraits—one for her family, and one as a special gift for the grandma who made it.

Best Shoes Ever!
Seriously, this girl with her beautiful dresses, amazing shoes, fresh flowers, and perfect treats were a great way to share her passion for food!

A Downtown Gilbert Location with All the Right Vibes
When it comes to Downtown Gilbert senior pictures, this area has it all,, including the perfect setting to reflect Caroline’s love for performing arts. This spot is one of my favorite places for senior pictures because you get a little bit of everything—colorful murals, cute cafés, and just the right mix of fun and a little drama, all within walking distance. And yes, her theater costume totally made an appearance—because why not bring your spotlight moment into your senior pics?

Ideas to Make Your Senior Session Stand Out
When you show up with a car full of personality—props, outfits, accessories, flowers—I’m already doing a happy dance. Caroline’s session reminded me how fun it is when seniors bring what they actually love to their shoot. Want some inspo for your own session?
Consider bringing:
- Your favorite snack, drink, or coffee shop treat
- Theater or band gear
- Fresh flowers or bold accessories
- Cute shoes (yes, I will notice!)
- Different lip colors or makeup styles
- Cap & gown or college gear
- Anything you love that shows who you are!

Custom Grad Cards, Announcements, and Thank You Notes
Caroline’s gallery wasn’t the only thing her family loved—they also chose a custom-designed graduation announcement with foil accents and a full-size photo on the back. It’s more than just a card; it’s a frame-worthy keepsake that lets them share this special moment with friends and family in a beautiful, personal way. Want matching thank you cards? You bet! You pick your favorite images, and I’ll design everything and have them professionally printed. It’s the stress-free way to check graduation announcements off your list—one more thing you won’t have to worry about!

Caroline’s session was a beautiful celebration of her passions and personality, captured in timeless photos. I can’t wait to see where her culinary journey takes her next!

I love her style and it truly shines in her senior portraits. I am so happy her family also chose art work for their walls. They will treasure those so much when she’s away at school.
I love it when my seniors aren’t afraid to embrace their unique style! This one was a blast!
Great Senior Portraits! I love the vintage style and the pops of red. I also like that you featured some of the products she bought.
Hi Susan! Thanks for much for reading about this session! Definitely going to share more about their products, since that is why many of my clients hire me. No more USB’s shoved in a drawer!
Caroline has the coolest vintage style. What I really like is the photo with her hands and her grandmother’s hands looking at her announcements.
She is such an amazing young lady! Thanks for commenting, Carla!
Goodness, this Gilbert senior session is full of fun and personality. A little jealous of her style and spunk. Great senior photos!!
Right?? I love her style and attitude so much! I don’t have many seniors that can pull off red lips like this!

Thank you so much, Ashleigh!
She is just adorable and this was such a fun senior photoshoot in downtown Gilbert. Your clients chose right. I love the idea of the 5×7 on one side of your custom cards. What a great keepsake for family and friends.
I’ve been using those announcements for over 10 years now, and my clients love them!!
